What is the best time to visit Shimla?

 Shimla is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit is during spring (March to June) and autumn (September to November) when the weather is pleasant for outdoor activities and  sightseeing.

How often does availability change?

Rates and availability are subject to change without any prior notice. We recommend that you reserve/book now for immediate confirmation. In most cases, you will be able to change(subject to availability) or cancel your reservation with prior intimation and keeping the cancellation policy in perspective.

What are the must-visit attractions in Shimla?

Shimla offers a range of attractions, including the Ridge, Mall Road, Jakhoo Temple, Kufri, Christ Church, and the Viceregal Lodge. These sites offer a mix of natural beauty and historical significance.

Are reservations confirmed immediately?

Yes. We only offer rates that are confirmed as available. Reservations and bookings are confirmed immediately with the hotel through its 128 ssl secure payment gateway.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes. Immediately after making your booking online, you will be sent an email which will include your room confirmation number. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your Bulk/Spam folder.

What is the hotels child policy?

We follow the industry standards and go with the ones as applicable.

How many people may I have in my room?

Reservations made on our site are for the industry-standard double occupancy. Additional room occupants may require an addition charge, depending on the hotel package chosen.

When will I need to pay for the reservation?

The reservation shall only stand confirmed on receipt of 50% of the total Package Amount. The balance amount can be paid at the front office desk at the time of your check out.

What is the cancellation policy?

A reservation must be canceled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night's charge will be levied for cancellations received upto 8 days prior to arrival. Full stay charges will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.

Guarantee Policy.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or any other acceptable mode of payment. All major credit cards are accepted.
